| How to determine when your order will
arrive . . . |
On the product details pages
for each of our products, there is the the following information -
Ship Time: This is the
usual amount of time that it will take from the time that you place your
order until the product is shipped.
Delivery Time: This is
the usual amount of time that it will take for your order to arrive at your
location after it is shipped.

| - Please be sure to check this
information for each product ordered, as our products often ship from
different locations. |
| - Please be aware that "Business
Days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. |
Expedited Air Shipping:
If you choose air shipping, you
can make the delivery calculation by adding the chosen delivery time to the ship
time.
Example: If 2nd Day Air is chosen for a product that takes 2
business days to ship, delivery time will take a total of 4 business days (2
days to ship and 2 days for delivery after shipment). |
| Important Note: All shipping and
delivery times can vary slightly due to any unusual circumstances. |
| Tracking
information will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. If your order
requires more that one shipment, a separate email will be sent for each
shipment. |
