When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship.
Defective claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Returns for other reasons other
than defects may be returned for replacement within 30 days of order receipt.
To return an item you must obtain a return authorization. Please use our
RMA Request Form to request a return authorization. Your return authorization will give the proper return address
and any specific instructions for proper processing of your return. Orders
returned without return authorization may be sent to incorrect address, refused,
or processed incorrectly by our warehouse. Please do not send any merchandise to our office address.
No returns of any type will be processed without a
Return Goods Authorization!.
Items that are returned for size exchange will be
credited back through the same method that was used for payment. Customer must
place a new order for the correct size.
Please do not refuse shipment on an order
without contacting us first. Doing this oftentimes routes the package
back to our office. If shipment is refused, you will be responsible for
ALL shipping charges incurred in getting the item(s) back to the correct
All returned items must be in original unused condition.
Return credits will be issued by the
same method as the original payment was made.
All items must be returned with original packaging (ie box, plastic bag
etc..) with all tags still attached. Items returned without packaging/tags will
be refused by our warehouse and returned to you at your expense.
ensure that skates fit correctly before sharpening. Skates that have been
sharpened are not returnable.
Please do not attach or
tape any shipping label directly on a skate box or use the skate box as your
shipping box.. Doing so may result in the return being denied. At American
Hockey Center we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give
other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.
A 10%-15% restocking charge may apply to
some returns. Please email if you would like to know if the item you are
ordering will be subject to this charge.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Customized products are nonrefundable.

Backyard Ice Rinks
Return of unwanted/unused stock items will
incur a 25% restocking charge. Shipping cost to you and back to the
warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer. Since free shipping
is sometimes included in the price of this item the shipping charge to you will be
deducted from your refund.
All liners returned must be in the
original packaging. (You may not unroll your liner and then return it.)
Stiga Hockey Table Games
If you are having problems with the operation of the game please contact
us and we will refer you to our supplier. They carry a wide range of parts
for these and are very familiar with the operation of the game. All attempt will
be made to correct any problems before the game needs to be returned.
Problems are very unusual with this item as all games are inspected before
shipment. Games returned must be received in like new condition with all
pieces included to receive a full refund.
As long as your order has not shipped and we are able to stop it, cancellation of your order can be accepted.
During busy times of the year, we may or may not be able to stop your order once
it is received by our warehouse. In these cases we cannot accept
cancellation of your order.
Any items that require special order from the manufacturer may not be canceled after the manufacturer has made shipment. Shipping costs and any restocking fees accessed by the manufacturer will be the responsibility of the customer.
