How It Works . . . |

Simply choose shot type SLAP, SNAP or PASS and then choose your distance 16,
24, 36 or 48 feet. |

A must for all shot types . . . -
Contact the puck near the heel of the blade and during the shot the puck should leave the blade at the toe of your stick, thus adding more velocity. -
Use the flex of your stick to get the most shot power! -
A quick release makes all the difference! During practice always get your shot off as quick as possible! -
Practice all shots with your body both perpendicular to and facing the target -
When you finish your follow through the toe of your stick always points toward the target -
A low or a high follow through will determine how high the puck goes. -
Keep your knees bent and ready to shoot! -
