Seconds are rolls of tape that have been quality checked by the manufacturer and judged to be below the standard required for grading as "1st quality". What kinds of flaws are normally found in cosmetic seconds? The most common flaws in seconds are seams within the roll. What kinds of flaws are not acceptable? We will never sell seconds that have flaws that prevent the product from performing the same functions as our '1st quality' hockey tape. What is your returns policy for cosmetic seconds? We will only ship seconds that are slightly imperfect and meet the criteria outlined above. Recognizing that our online customers do not have the opportunity to view the goods before purchase, we offer the following guarantee: "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods within 7 days of receipt, and in the original packaging, for a refund of the purchase price. Many online stores commonly charge much more for large orders. - Next Day or 2nd Day shipping of large tape orders is not available.
