of placing phone orders to help us assure that all customers can be served
in the most timely and accurate manner.

address, phone number, email). |

Choose method of payment as "Telephone in
Credit Card Details" and finalize order. |

Call us between 10:00
AM and 4:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday to provide credit
card information. |
