to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order,
please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship.
Defective and "size
exchange" items may be retuned for replacement within 10 days.
Please fill in and submit
the form below to request a return authorization. Please provide a full
description of the item to be returned.
Return instructions will
be sent to you by email. Your return authorization will give the proper
return address. Please do not send any merchandise to our office
address.
No returns of any type
will be processed without a Return Goods Authorization Number.
Items returned without prior authorization
cannot be credited and may be refused upon delivery.
We recommend
using a parcel service that offers tracking service and proof of delivery
(UPS, FedEx or USPS mail with Delivery Confirmation). American Hockey Center cannot be responsible for
returns that are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment. We can only
credit you for items received back in our warehouse in original unused condition.
A 10% restocking charge
will apply to all returns except size exchanges and defective merchandise.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges. |
